The Trefnydd informed Business Managers of the following changes to the Three Week Timetable of Government Business:

· Proposal under Standing Order 12.24 to debate the following items together but with separate votes (30 mins)
o The Climate Change (Carbon Budget) (Wales) Regulations 2025
o The Climate Change (Net Welsh Emissions Account Credit Limit) (Wales) Regulations 2025
o The Carbon Accounting (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2025
Heledd Fychan sought confirmation, that the Minister for Further and Higher Education would be making a statement in the Senedd on the future of the tertiary education sector, as had been indicated by the Trefnydd during last week’s Business Statement and Announcement in Plenary.
The Trefnydd confirmed that it is her intention to add the statement to the agenda for Plenary on 25 November, subject to Cabinet agreement.

The Business Committee considered the request and agreed to schedule a debate on petition P-06-1534 End corridor care in Wales in Plenary on 10 December.
The Business Committee noted the letter, and the First Minister’s confirmation that she will attend a formal evidence session with the Public Accounts and Public Administration Committee in January 2026.
The Business Committee confirmed the proposed arrangements for:
· laying documents during the Christmas period;
· tabling plenary business for the first week of term and amendments to Bills; and
· the tabling of Written Questions during the Christmas recess.
